Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, country, optional city and biography, interests, membership status, account credentials, contributions and moderation records to operate the community. Profiles are visible only to approved members when discovery is enabled; email addresses are not shown in discovery. Passwords are stored as hashes. Community posts are visible to approved members. Administrators can review applications and reports. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers. You can update your profile, disable discovery, download your data or delete your account. Deletion removes your profile, groups you own, posts and related membership records. Audit entries may remain for security; hosting backups may retain data until their retention period ends. Our hosting and email providers process data to deliver the service. Contact the community team for privacy requests, correction, access or complaints. Avoid posting confidential or sensitive information about others.
